Causes of headache

​Headaches can be caused by the changes in your blood vessels and nerves and some chemical reactions which affect your brain which is surrounded by your skull and the muscles of your head and neck. For some people it may also carry genes that make them more likely to develop such headaches.

What are the symptoms and signs for Headaches?

Pain usually comes on one side of your head and sometimes often on both sides. Pain that gives throbs or pulses. It's due to some sensitivity to brightness, heavy or loud noise , and sometimes smell and touch.  

The signs are mostly nausea and vomiting. Even many chronic headaches, such as migraines and cluster headaches, aren't considered as the signs of more severe, underlying problems.

The best way that we will recommend for your headaches is to rest in a quiet and dark room to protect your brain and eye nerves from the heavy light surface. Try to get adequate sleep , use cold applications to relax your muscles and nerves and it can be the simple solution to reduce the pressure on your head.
